Dan Josling, Director of Business Development, Aladaco Consulting Inc.

Dan Josling, Director of Business Development at Aladaco Consulting Inc., has nearly 20 years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, and industrial energy and carbon management. His focus is on helping organizations identify practical energy-saving opportunities and move them from concept to implementation by connecting technical solutions with financial decision-making, incentive access, and clear business cases. Dan has extensive experience in compressed air system analysis, DSM program delivery, energy management coaching, and stakeholder engagement. Through the Dollars to $ense training, he supports participants in developing the skills and strategies needed to achieve measurable energy, cost, and carbon reductions.

Stephen DixonPrincipal, TdS Dixon Inc.

Stephen Dixon, Principal of TdS Dixon Inc. has for over 45 years, provided energy management services to a diverse range of industrial, commercial, institutional and utility organizations. Broadly recognized as a leader in energy management training, his focus is simple; to empower all that he works with to use energy more effectively by developing individual skills, organizational best practices and providing tools for energy management. Stephen has extensive energy management experience, including 950+ energy assessments, over 3,000 energy management workshops and has inspired over 45,000 individuals from more than 2,100 organizations. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Physics from the University of Prince Edward Island.
