Part I: Site Tour of Mohawk College, The Joyce Center for Partnership and Innovation, the first building in Canada to receive Zero Carbon Building (ZCB) Standard Certification, in Design and Performance.
Part II: Onsite Presentation about what comes into Zero Carbon Building operation, by Anthony (Tony) Cupido, Ph.D., P.Eng. Research Chair, Sustainable Building Technologies
Part III: Networking Event, hosted and sponsored by Nerva Energy. This event will offer an opportunity for you to tour a net-zero carbon building, attend a presentation and participate in a networking session with others in the industry.
We will visit the Joyce Center at Mohawk College Hamilton Campus and touring this remarkable net-zero carbon facility. We will then learn more about it from the Research Chair, Sustainable Building Technologies, Anthony Cupido, Ph.D., Peng.
Finally, Nerva Energy is hosting a networking event with snacks and drinks at their office.
